Product Features

■ Adopted MM3D/Marking Mate software system to support a variety of file formats, vector, bitmap and text bar code import, which is easy to learn and operate.

■ Maximum working range 600×600mm, maximum marking height up to 150mm.

■ The whole system adopted the optimization designing of electromagnetic compatibility, with high signal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference ability.

■ Precision control of the marking machine's focal length position, automatic adjustment of z-axis range when 3D deep marking processing, to keep light spot minimization, to ensure the consistency of the effect of the graphics after the object marking.

■ Featured with precise loading design for the optical lens of the third axis (focusing axis), the motor assembly precision is high, the structure is reasonable, the static friction coefficient and the zero offset is small, which guarantees the best dynamic characteristics of the focusing system.
