Mechanical Process Engineer
Salary range:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing manufacturing processes for new and customized products;
2. Participate in the trial production of new products on the R&D side, and improve the control methods and product implementation processes during manufacturing.
3. Responsible for preparing and guiding technical documents such as motor process documents, PFMEA, and control plans.
4. Responsible for the design, maintenance, and process validation of R&D-side tooling fixtures.
5. Participate in process analysis of defective products;
6. Support production-side process-related tasks;
7. Other tasks assigned by the company or leadership.
Job requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher in a relevant field such as Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Electronic Information, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Has more than two years of experience in the craftsmanship of electromechanical products, as well as proficient work in tooling and fixture design.
3. Strong verbal and communication skills, along with the ability to analyze problems, solve issues, and adapt flexibly; also possesses solid proficiency in document preparation.
4. Rich in professional knowledge, capable of identifying and improving issues that arise during the production process;
5. Familiar with hardware components and software operation logic knowledge;
6. Proficient in using office and other related software for office tasks;
