Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop overseas customers via phone, social media, email, and other channels, and successfully complete the sales tasks assigned to your region.
2. Establish information-gathering channels, identify and collect buyers of products in this industry, and build a basic database of potential customers.
3. Pre-sales and after-sales services (including coordinating with the technical department on customized products, providing product documentation, etc.);
4. Conduct promotion planning and market development under the guidance of department leaders, and establish comprehensive regional customer profiles.
5. Overseas exhibition work (handling exhibits, promotional materials, and communication with exhibitors for inquiries at 1–2 overseas trade shows annually), as well as arranging necessary business trips to visit overseas clients when required.
6. Follow work arrangements and promptly complete tasks assigned by leadership.
Job requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in e-commerce, international trade, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field;
2. Proficient in English at CET-6 level or above, with 2+ years of relevant work experience and strong skills in business English communication.
3. Ability to independently develop clients and adapt flexibly to various situations, along with strong communication skills and execution capabilities when dealing with overseas customers.
4. Be meticulous and responsible in your work, and possess strong teamwork skills.
