Fiber Laser Engineer
Salary range:
15,000–30,000 + 13th-month salary

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for experimental verification of fiber laser R&D plans and laser system integration;
2. Responsible for product engineering of existing products, continuously upgrading and optimizing them;
3. Responsible for monitoring the R&D progress of electrical control and mechanical engineers, ensuring the smooth development and production of lasers.
4. Responsible for preparing project R&D plans, production process documents, and other R&D and production-related files;
5. Assist the sales department by providing product technical support.
Job Requirements:
1. Majoring in waveguide optics, optical engineering, fiber-optic communications, or physics, with a bachelor’s degree or higher; research areas include fiber laser technology, fiber-optic communications, and fiber-optic device development, among others.
2. More than three years of work experience related to the R&D and design of fiber laser technology;
3. Candidates with technical R&D capabilities in fiber laser assembly and alignment, laser performance parameter testing, or relevant industry experience are preferred;
4. Possesses team spirit, is honest, proactive, and highly responsible;
5. Candidates with experience in developing similar products are welcome; salary is negotiable.
